Yes, all the clipless pedals that MEC sells come with one pair of cleats.

Spare cleats are available for replacing worn cleats or use on a second pair of shoes.

Compatibility with shoes/cleats

I have Exustar shoes and am currently clipping into the Wellgo half/half pedals. Are the cleats compatible with these pedals?
