Open the package, add the amount of boiling water specified, seal the package again and let it sit for a few minutes. You can then eat it out of the bag. We drained the excess water out of it before we ate it.

Nope, just add boiling water to the bag, seal, wait a few minutes and it's ready to eat!

No, just add water, wait 5 minutes, then drain any excess liquid. Eat. No pan or cooking required.

Just add boiling water and eat it right out of the package. No need to fry it in a pan.
